My Review of OPC 3

   I started taking OPC 3 about one month ago and have noticed a significant difference in my energy levels. I have a 1 year old (still wakes up at night ) and a 3 year old that keeps me very busy during the day. I am usually very tired during the day since I don't get a restful nights sleep but after I started taking this my energy levels went up and I don't have to drink 2-3 cups of coffee just to keep up with them. It also doesn't state anything about hair, skin, and nails but honestly I saw a difference in my nails. My nails were peeling and now they are much stronger.
